Does anyone know of a program I could follow that would help me gain strength, tone up etc without putting undue stress on my knees or heart? I've had one knee replaced and am scheduled for another in 3 months and have lost 75lbs after WLS. I'm stumped. Thanks for any and all suggestions.

Talk to your doctor or PT...but, water aerobics are great for people with joint issues.0
