I joined the site in early April and immediately lost 21 lbs! I was so excited that something finally worked! But my weight is not dropping in the last three weeks and I've been pretty diligent about sticking with the plan.

I dropped my caloric intake by 40 additional calories and increased my exercise a little but still nothing. I'm not completely discouraged yet but I'm getting there.

The two spare tires I carry in my torso are shrinking slightly but I REALLY want flat (or as close as possible) abs. I'm a big girl and want to maintain my curves but with flat abs (and no back rolls either, thank you!). Can anyone offer any suggestions!

I had over 150 lbs to lose and the first 20 were relatively easy to lose. But then I hit the great plateau! Six months of exercise and changing my eating habits into a healthier way of life without a loss, was rough! My trainer kept telling me to hang in there, it will fall. He said because I had done diet after diet, my body would take longer to get the point this time...he was right. After that six months, my body dropped 40 within 4 months.
My advice is this: 1) be patient and hang in there, it will start to fall off and 2) make sure you are eating enough. Eat those exercise points! When I started doing that the weight started dropping.
I hope that helps. If you would like to become friends on here, that would be great. Feel free to add me.
    Have a great day!
