Ok, so this morning I went into my food diary.. and entered in what a normal day would have been for me about 2 weeks ago. I was pretty shocked at how many calories and how much fat I was eating. If you feel like slipping up, try that..or if you feel stuck and need something.. it really shows you what you were putting into your body before. =/ My diet now is the BEST it has ever been!

Have had a problem for so long I cannot remember when I didn't. I eat at night, I get up sometimes and eat, and other times I just seem like I have no control over it. After all the hard work I do doing the day with my diet, and exercise, and then to blow it at night. It's very discouraging. Any ideas out there of how I can stop this, or do any of you experience the same thing? Any advice would be great!0

I have had this problem!! I was telling my boyfriend how grouchy I was feeling and how bad I wanted a SNACK! He said.. well yeah! You're addicted to food! Eating can give you the same feelings as having sex. Dopamine! That is why we crave it, we want to release dopamine.. I don't know about your personal life.. but if there is 'another' way for you to get that feeling.. try that
Or save some veggies for your later snack.. I did that last night. I had carrots and cucumbers
Just fight through it. Find something to occupy your mind, or go 'release dopamine' another way0
