Manly MAN!!!

Well I have started, "again", trying to loose some weight. In the recent 2010 I have lost my job and started going back to school. I do alot of studying which means alot of down time. I always considered myself a MANLY MAN, and with that being said bring on the bacon and the bugers and steaks hot dogs ect.... I am 6`3 and 255 in really need to loose about 30 pounds. So if anyone has anygood tips for this MANLY MAN, male or female it would be very much appreciated. :tongue:
