A quick catch up on my history. lost almost 60lb... Ive gained like 15 of it back. Now that I am back to tracking my food over the past few months ( livestrong, journaling and MFP). I some how at some point decided.....if no one saw me eat........then I didn't eat it. So obviously I had a coming out of sorts, when I figured out not only wasn't I losing, but I slowly gaining. <<<duh of course this is going to happen.

Anywho...am trying my hardest to track every little BLT ( bite, lick, taste) and lawdy is that ever so ridiculously hard to do. Who knew, just a minor thing... just being honest with my self, would be so hard.

    Logging is damn hard.... I'm lucky if I can stick to it for three FULL days. Then on the weekends I forget... and back hardcore every monday LOL. Persistance is key!
