Im just starting to get back to the gym and wondering what others routines are like. I'm pretty basic, bike, elliptical and treadmill. Nothing fancy, mostly cardio. But i'm interested what others are doing.

I just started a new routine and I lift heavy weights 3x a week and do cardio 3x a week, mostly playing squash and cycling. I am headed to Vermont on vacation though and will not have access to a gym so I'm planning to up my cardio to 6x a week (hiking, running, etc) and also doing pop pilates videos (technically calisthenics) 6x a week to maintain muscle. I'm also using this vacation as a time to cut even more than usual because I don't have to eat enough to lift. I can't wait to see how it works out.0
