hey all,
im looking for some friends that are hardcore, i.e dieting, building muscle, have aims and are absolutely dedicated to getting them. i feel this is myself and i would like others who are going through the same thing to help keep me on the straight and narrow and i will do the same.
a little about myself i guess, im 6ft 2, weighing around 193lb currently, around 11-13% bodyfat, i train 4 times a week, mon-tues and thurs friday. i used to be 236lbs march 2011, but cut my fat down and got to my lowest around 180lbs, i then started building muscles, and cutting the fat in cycles. currently i am up around 16lbs of muscle, and trying to double that figure.
my dietry aims are to be as healthy as possible in terms of food choices, currently eating around 3200 calories which since my job is sedentary around 300-500 calorie surplus. and its mainly chicken and rice lol
does this sound like you? i am not after people with the same goals but a dedicted approach to achieving their goals.
i figure the more positive influences i have the more normal this will feel.
