Did you stay withing you nutritional goals?
Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes - I went for a 40 minute walk.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Said no to a piece of birthday cake (this had to be a first :laugh: )

What would I have done differently? Nothing

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and workout

    Did you stay within you nutritional goals?
    Didn't really have a way to track things. I was at a bible convention Fri, Sat, Sun.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    Yes, my goal for the whole weekend was to not have caffeine, sugary sweets, fast food. I passed up rolls at our continental breakfast. I went to the coffee shop sometimes twice a day with friends and either got tea or decaf. And DH always brings bags of candy and eats it right next to me throughout the program and I usually have my fair share. I didn't have one piece. Then one night while we were in our hotel, he sat next to me and ate a bag or Raisinettes and I didn't have one. I even went to the gym in our hotel on Friday night.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Basically what I wrote above.

    What would I have done differently? Drank more water (but I didn't want to be getting up for the bathroom all the time)

    What is today's personal goals? Drink my water

    Welcome back Nlongenecker! Ah... the exercise room in the hotel - EXCELLENT!!!! I always have an excuse not to visit the exercise room. Great job! :laugh:

    Barely

    No......didn't get in enough fruit :grumble:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    The kids walked my 2 miles with me after dinner and I stayed away from the s'mores.

    What would I have done differently?
    Tried to make more ME time

    Today's goal:
    Even tho' I'm at work, remember why I'm doing this........ME :happy:

    Planned my meals in advance for the whole week!

    Nothing

    Fit in a workout this evening since I didn't get one at lunch.

    No - but did better than my usual 'bad weekend'

    yes
    I went over my weekly 360 exercise minutes by taking a walk and mowing .. yippee!

    What would I have done differently? Less butter at dinner

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories - fit in a short walk

    Today yes.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    No :sad: I did very very bad all weekend, over eating, eating unhealthy and not working out :explode:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    I did very very very bad all weekend, and felt soooo guilty and angry with myself last night...but I did not let it de-motivate me, and I did not get on the scale to see how much more I weighted...

    What would I have done differently?
    Followed my nutritional guidelines especially knowing i was not going to be able to work out.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Leave this weekend behind me, follow my nutrition plan, work out and not let this weekends slip up de-motivate me:bigsmile:
