So, the more research I do on fat burning, weight loss, etc. I am coming to the conclusion that MORE is not necessarily better. As in, doing more than an hour of cardio or weight training every day can actually do more harm than could. Combine that with trying to understand TDEE/BMR and I feel like I need a math degree even though I realize it's a very simple concept.

I feel that the age old adage of "eating less and moving more" isn't as simple as it seems. Or am I just majorly over thinking this??? I do NOT look forward to exercise. But I LOVE how I feel once I'm done. Credit those endorphins, I guess! And I don't purposely avoid eating my exercise calories... I eat until I'm satisfied. Sometimes it's a lot, other times not so much. Losing weight isn't rocket science but I'm beginning to feel like it is. My loss has been slow (13 lbs in 2 months; but also losing inches) so trying to stay focused and force myself into a habit has been my goal. And I'm doing that. But I still want to maximize what I'm doing to benefit that POINT of this: LOSE WEIGHT, GET HEALTHY, FEEL BETTER.

I just keep telling myself if I keep doing what I'm doing, it's bound to come off... I guess. I hope. Tired of over thinking this!
