Hi All.... I am only a tad overweight now... (use to be more) I am about 6 lbs from the heaviest I should weight.. I am tired and my body hurts... Dr says nothing is wrong with my blood work and everything checks out fine... All she says is I need to lose weight (she would like 15-20 lbs lost) and I need to workout almost everyday and I will feel better!!! Do you guys really think this is ture? Will I feel better if I weigh only 5 lbs less to reach a healthy weight?? I mean really???? And I am tired so I dont feel like working out... Will I really feel better dragging my tired butt to the gym??

You would be really surprised how much better 5 lbs feels. Also once you start exercising, you will crave it like a new favorite food, prove me wrong!

without knowing your previous eating and workout habits its hard to say.. but in general yes you will feel better once you have been exercising for a while.. as long as you are fueling that exercise!
