My 30 Day Shred Results

Hi All,

I have read a lot of success stories with 30 day shred and decided to give it a try. I am not overweight, but have a lot of inches to lose (after 2 kids), so I was mainly focused on toning up. I worked out for the past 1.5 months and have seen good results (still have a long way to go though):

Starting measurements:

Weight - 135 lbs
R & L Arm - 11 inches
Bust - 34
Waist - 30
Around belly button - 33
Butt - 39
R & L Thigh - 20

End measurements (I did 30 DS and alternated with No more Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, so it took me about 1.5 months to finish the program, and this is the longest ever I`ve stuck with some program like this):

Weight - 134.5 lbs
R & L Arm - 10.5 inches
Bust - 34
Waist - 28
Around belly button - 31
Butt - 38
Left thigh - 19.5
Right thigh - 20

Total inches lost - 6.5

Have started Jillian Michaels Body revolution now, hoping to see some results again!
