Nosebleeds after workout?

I started insanity training this morning (well, I took the fit test on Sunday, and rested yesterday), and began with the first day of Plyo Cardio Circuit this morning. I was still a little tender in my back from the fit test, but other than that, felt fine. I have kept myself good and hydrated all day, having drank 87.1 ounces of water including what I drank this morning during the Insanity workout. I went to my normal Zumba class, but backed off my workout, just wanting to keep in the rhythm of doing Zumba once a week instead of only doing Insanity solely. Since I have gotten back and sat down, I have been having intermittent nosebleeds.
Has anyone else had this problem when they changed up to a high-intensity workout? what did you do to stop them?
