Mom with 100+ to lose!

I'm a 27 year old stay at home mom with a good 90-ish lbs to lose for my initial goal (I'm starting at 291 and I'd like to get to 200 initially, then set new goals). I need to get serious about this and stay on top of it so I don't give in. I've often tried to pair up with a relative to lose weight together but ultimately we aren't motivated at the same times, one gives up, etc- so I'm searching for some outside influences and new friends who can help keep me in the game. Aside from tracking my food (which I've noticed in the past really influences what I eat), I am hoping to start with a week on the Wii doing just dance 3 and then add in the 30 day shred dvd- I would love to be able to do the 30 day shred workout in the morning when my littlest one naps and then dancing in the evening. Just wanted to introduce myself and please feel free to add me as a friend.
