Fat Grad!

I have been big all my life. My family was poor and could not afford healthy foods. We never starved but we never ate well either. In college I gained so much wait due to all the poor food choices I would eat pizza, cheesecake and juice every single day! :( My body was a salt factory and doing any exercise was too much. It wasn't until my parents complications with diabetes made me think, "What the hell am I doing to myself?" I changed my diet and got moving! I was a whopping 256lbs on a 5'6'' framed body. SO I got into Zumba, Bootcamp, running and eating better, not less but better. (A bowl Brocolli vs. a bowl of nachos) and I loss 30lbs! I now weigh 225 and I still have work to do! I sleep better, I feel better and I have more confidence then ever! Now that I'm out of college and now looking towards the next step in my career, I'm hoping that this site is allowing me to make better choices of what goes in and I put out in my daily life.

    You are so smart to take control of your eating now, while you are still young! Your health is so very important and tracking your foods and exercise really helps! Good luck to you! You have a bright future!:glasses:
