60 miles in 3 days

In November I wil be walking my third 3-day but this time I am 50 lbs heavier. I started training last week & realized with this extra weight it will be very difficult to complete all 60 miles. So with some determination & encouragement it's time to get the weight off.

    You can do it by November!!! That's awesome, I wish I had the guts to do one of those!

    I hear yah....Be encouraged....now that the reality is there...the determination will get you there and this group is great for encouragement along the way...Let's Get It!!!

  • Thanks! The walk is in 163 days, but like I said training started last week. Hoping with the walking, eating healthy & encouragment that my goal will happen sooner than later. I will keep you posted on my progress.
