I am the mother of two beautiful kids, 5 months and 6 years old. I never lost the weight from the first baby (actually put on 50 lbs) and am not losing wieght after the second baby. Any advice on how to fit in healthy meals (on an EXTREMELY tight budget) and exercise. I work full time and take care of the kids, home, homework, supper (typical mom duties) when I get home (hubby works at night a lot). What is the best day of the week to weigh on? How do I stay motivated to get up early to workout (which has been my plan but being a 'newish' mom with middle of the night feedings takes it toll on energy and sleep)? I could really use some practical advice. We do not have a gym where I live nor do we have relatives nearby. I feel terrible and am not happy with my size or health and I am tired all of the time. I want to be better for myself, my family, and God. I look forward to your suggestions. Thanks in advance :)

Hi, my first motivation to lose weight was the fact that I was tired of having ppl made fun of me.... I know it might not be the best form of motivation but I remember the feelings I felt when I saw or hear what they said. I do have a gym near by but I cant always get to it since I dont have my own car, but I do work out with DVDs or with Bob Harper's website which gives you a work out for every day :D Maybe you should try looking for ways to work out at home it would help with time and that way you're at home with your kids.
