I'm not feeling well. I have been able to do some moderate exercise but I just DO NOT WANT TO EAT!!! My calorie level is set to 1600. Is it ok if I only take in 1200-1400 calories occasionally? I really feel like I'm going to vomit and I just have no desire to eat.

it would be crazy to force feed yourself to the point of nausea, if you're off colour you won't lose out by missing a few hundred calories. Get better and get back at it !0

A few low days won't hurt you, any more than a few high days will hurt you. Get better and then worry about dieting.0

Make sure you get good calories, and take some vitamins if you can, and rest!0

Agree with what's already been said. When you are ill, just eat what you can handle. Forcing food into your stomach only to have it come back up is not going to do you any good. Take care!0
