Run for your Life

If anyone is interested in participating in a running program, from a no running couch tater building to a 5k. This would start with 4 PREweeks prior to a Couch to 5k program-let me know.
I want to start a Facebook group-you can be here locally or anywhere - it'll be a place where we can be accountable to ourselves and our "team". We'll all have struggles and victories and we can share them amongst the group. I will make it a closed group so only members see the posts. It's a 4 week program that starts with alternating walking and 15 seconds of running building each week. I need to start over and would love to have others who would like to join me. It is suggested to do the program 3 times a week - after each week, repeat the week you did if you found it too hard or move on to the next. If you are a more advanced runner, and would like to join just for the commitment to run 3 days a week and to encourage newby runners, please join! The Group will be called..."Run for your Life!" That's running for your mental health, running for your pride, running for the sense of accomplishment, running for your physical health, running truly does it all! No speed required!! Message me if you're interested! We will start June 1st. Spread the word, lets get moving!
