Hi everyone! My name is Bee. I'm 26 years old and just having the hardest time of my life losing weight. I'm eating under or about the recommended calories but it seems to be coming off so slow :-( Barely 5 lbs in almost a month. I'm 5'0 and 186 lbs. I've never had this much trouble losing weight. I've tried low-carb, high fiber, weight watchers...etc.. MFP is really helping but I'm just so shocked I haven't lost more yet. I've never been this big in my life and it seems like when I was 22 or younger it would just FALL off me. So far, I walk 1 hr a day at a moderate pace and eat whatever as long as it stays beneath the calorie range.

Any advice anyone can give? Also some friends for support would be nice. My friends almost NEVER log on and I've gotten off track cause there's never anyone to compete with.

Thanks for any advice and good luck to everyone.

Oh one more thing. Has anyone had any success with the 17 day diet. I tried it and barely lost a lb in the first 17 days. The only thing I cheated with was coffee creamer and salad dressings. Is it really that super strict?
