    Where at in Ohio.. I am working on running..
    I had just posted my next goals before I saw your post.
    My goals: For my next upcoming goal besides the Warrior Dash in August, I am signing up for a 5k walk/run on June 29. It is a nite walk/run. I am signing up the whole family as there will be a carnival afterwards for the kids. My goal is not to just finish but to run 75% of the 5k..
