I'm back on MFP and hopeful I can get back to where I was

Hi all, maybe a few around that will remember me. I was here most of last Winter. I hurt one knee, near as I can tell, runners knee but never was able to get a docs diagnosis. It has not healed but I no longer walk the 4.2 miles I loved to walk so much. I feel that the injury was due to poorly build shoes and possibly overuse.
But besides all that, I do have a bicycle at my disposal to ride anytime I want. Keeping my body weight off my knee seems to work fine as far as getting those calories burned. Although I completely stopped exercising and, keeping track of my food. I have gained back 5 lbs as far as I know. I started Oct. 2008 and weighed 137, I did get down to 127 and am now at 132. I also battle what has been diagnosed as bipolar II. I have meds now after years of denying I needed any. Pro's and con's on that as well as just peoples opinions. I am doing what I felt I needed to do to keep what is left of my sanity and I feel it will help. But all that without my daily water, good foods(right amounts)and exercise, I will not accomplish my heart's desires. Healthy weight, the best physical, mental and emotional health I can attain and enjoy to the best of my ability, my senior years;)
So here I am, ready to go at it again, hopefully, help someone else along the way,

Welcome back Denise. I have really missed you. So glad to hear from you again. You really did help me when I first join last year. I have only lost 16 lbs. It has been a struggle, but I will get there.
