cardio barre

has anyone else tried/been doing cardio barre? what are your thoughts on it?

i've been going to the classes sporadically but i bought myself a series so i'd have to keep going till i run out!

for those who don't know - it's sort of incorporating ballet moves but.. really fast.

We just got a barre studio in my neighborhood and I'm going to try it next week! I love ballet but this sounds quite different.
