lovely salmon marinated in soy and other spices over nite, baked in the oven for 15 minutes.. and soy sting beans and for dessert melon with a scoop of fat free vanilla ice cream.. YUMMMYYYY gr8 lunch.. loved it and the whole luch comes in at- 280 cals for main course and 110 cals for dessert..0

Not a good choice but I have been working my butt off and I have a little over 1,000 calories left for dinner & dessert:ohwell:
I'm having such a hard time eating 1690 calories:frown:
