Hi,
So I have always had thick legs but also seem to have fat knees (inside of leg and directly above) I've been running for 8 weeks now and no change (4-8 k per week)
Has anyone successfully got rid of fat knees and how?
Ps....I'm 33, female and 5ft in height
Thank you

I too have fat knees but have noticed a difference since I started doing leg presses, squats and lunges. Wasnt able to do them before because my knees were so weak.0
