Right. So it has been a four year journey but i feel this morning I'm almost there. I had to play around with my goals because i wasn't that sure where i was aiming. I still think that the last 7 pounds are kind of optional but definately do able. My stats are.
5ft 10, 70inches BMI 24 dead
167lbs
chest 39inches
waist 31 inches
hips 33 inches
biceps eek (14")
thighs (23") hmmm chunky
i don't want to be too small but i don't think my frame allows it ha ha.
I'm just thinking my next goal is going to be focused on weight movement and definition.
still finishing off jillian 30 day shred that has improved my fitness so much in 3 weeks. still only on level two. but i'm feeling and slightly seeing the differences. i was so out of shape after leaving exercise at 14 lol.
Who has been here and what did you do next?
eg. power 90 p90x low body building. general weight training.
I have recently inherited a shed at the bottom of my garden. pretty big. thinking of setting everything up in there. bench bar weights etc.
any help appreciated
ps as far as now literally the only physical stuff i have been doing is walking lots and jillians 30 day shred up to level 2 so far.
