New to Site but not Fitness :)

Hey guys! My name is Christy and I have been working out 6 days a week for about a year now. I first got into fitness when I got engaged (imagine that :wink: ) and have lost around 25 pounds since then. I am continually trying to improve my body and stumbled on this webpage from a friend. I am interested in monitoring my caloric intake (never really done that before) to see why I am at a plateau. I still have about ten more pounds that I would LOVE to lose, even if my husband doesn't want me to. I have tried clean eating and lost a few pounds very quickly, but found I had trouble sticking to it. I eat very healthfully, but slip up on a regular basis. Here's hoping this webpage will keep me accountable :smile:

    Welcome. I read a lot that says that attention to your calorie intake is what really counts in weight loss. If you use this site for that, I will bet that you will see results. I know it's really helped me. Good luck!

    I'm in a similar spot...... maintaining my recent loss of 30 lbs. :love:

    Want to lose 10-20 more! Keeping a diet journal really helps know where all the calories and grams of fat, sugar & sodium are coming from ! :laugh: :flowerforyou:
