Not Eating Enough Calories On Herbalife AND working out?

So, I started Herbalife a few days ago, as well as the 30 Day Shred. I guess people who normally do Herbalife don't make any lifestyle changes? Because I have as far as cutting out soda completely drinking tons of water and exercising. I am having to force myself to eat almost anything.

I don't want to cut out Herbalife, because that is how I've quit soda easily and have better energy and feel better, but maybe I should drink half a normal shake? Or Only do one as a meal replacement?

I don't want to cut out the exercise since I'd rahter tone it as I go, then be thin and flabby later ;)

Any experience with this?

I have to eat alot of snacks. Herbalife does keep you pretty full but you're kind of sabotaging yourself and your progress if you don't get enough calories from food too. I'll be happy to help you with anything I can : )

I gave up pop and artificial sweeteners when I started Herbalife. I am slowly starting the exercise, because my body is not quite ready for it. Too long of doing nothing. You need to follow your weightloss plan and that includes getting in all your protein. It doesn't matter if you are hungry.... or your body will not be healthy. You may need to add another protein with all the exercise.
