Just joined last week. So far the most difficult challenge has been eating enough and figuring out how to handle the extra calories tacked on to my daily caloric goal whenever I work out.
The message boards on this subject have been very helpful.
Needless to say I have started and failed, started and failed...a million times. I believe that just like God offers us each new mercies every morning...this is my new day. I will forgive myself for getting this out of shape and overweight. Now's the time.
I need motivation. Anyone who wants to cheer me and needs encouragement, add me!
