Hi, all,

Just wanted to share my awesome news of having reached the 100-pounds-lost mark! I started at 236 in April 2010, and am now 136. I was in the 170s in December 2010, so the rest of the process has been more of a trickle/struggle

I didn't have any weight issues until a broken shoulder/ribs injury in 2004, gained more, lost some, gained even more during stressful life situations, and then said that's it in April 2010. I was sick of my weight because it was making me unhealthy & was the opposite reflection of who I was inside & who I wanted to project. Weight loss was something I took control over and haven't let go since. Hoping to lose a bit more & keep toning. :)

Feel free to add me--the MFP group has been so awesomely supportive & the website itself is an amazing tool. If it wasn't free, I would gladly pay for using it.
