What is your input on it? Somebody told me today that you should drink a glass of Milk after you workout each day, that it helps build your muscles and gives your body what it needs that was taken out from your workout. I just did it, it can't hurt and it tastes good.. just wondering what other peoples input is

I make a protein shake with 1/4 c. dry milk and a scoop of whey protein powder and mix with really cold water.
The taste is really good - strawberry powder makes it takes like a strawberry milkshake and the chocolate is almost like milk with Nesquik.
The protein in milk and the whey protein are quick release proteins so they are good for a workout recovery.0 -
the protein in milk is not immediately absorbed like whey so it doesn't help as good as whey protein.0
