I would like to take a moment to thank my wonderful and supportive girlfriend Tosha for introducing me to MFP as we both started a new healthy lifestyle at the beginning of the year. Together we learned to eat differently (no more fried foods or huge portions) and with the help of our friends (Thanks Josh and thanks Katy) who have supported us we are closer and closer to our goals

This was us last June

Tosha now (50 plus pounds lost)

Me now (45 pounds lost)
