Low calorie Egg casserole recipe

Does anyone have a low calorie version of the Egg/sausage casserole? I am having company this weekend and want to serve brunch, but not with full eggs and regular sausage. Your help is appreciated!

    Options
    follow your regular recipe, but substitute egg beaters, turkey sausage, skim milk, etc.....
