I am so glad i found this site!! I have been on my new life change since feb. i would rather call it a life stlye change rather than a diet. it truly is a life style change . Learning to eat the right foods is so hard. i have lost 30 pounds since feb. i have h it a stand still recently an have been at 171 for a month now. I do zumba at least three night a week. does anyone have any advice on how i can bust through the 170s?? I will admit i. dont eat properly . i had a 12 inch subway chicken teriyaki on wheat with no cheese and thats all i have had today. do you think this meal caused me to go over my cal intake? And are subway subsa good choice in the first place. i know thats a lot of questions in one post but i need help. lol so lookibg foward to making new freinds along this lifestyle change.
