To fit bit or not to fit bit?

I use both. The fitbit keeps me motivated by pushing me to reach new goals (steps and floors) but its not great for the strength/weight - type workouts. That's when I use the HRM. Combined I feel I have a much better handle on where I am in my journey and can definitely track my improvements!0

Yes to fitbit...LOVE mine....the only time I take it off is to take a shower or change clothes!! I have a HRM too..and love it equally...Fitbit is for overall tracking...where a HRM is better at calculating cals burned during an exercise session...I love both!!0

I just bought one that was an open box new the One on Amazon. Since the box was open it was $15 cheaper. I can not WAIT to get it. I should have paid more for quick shipping, oh well. I have lost about 20 pounds and hike every morning. I am hoping it will be able to tell the difference from hiking to walking. I also got it because I never know how fast to say I'm walking when calculating cardio.0
