-Whole soy & co yogurts
-White peaches
-1/2 cup cascadian farms multigrain squares with almond milk when I just want something to chew on
-1/2 cup tofu scramble with spinach and a sprinkle of soy sauce (super filling and only ~100 cal)
-Kale chips
-Toasted ezekiel bread with organic fruit spread if I want something sweet, and fermented bean curd (sounds disgusting, but I've ate it my whole life so eh) if I'm craving salty
-Also, chive dumplings.. 5 are like 70 calories, but that's only when my mom is kind enough to make some for me xP0 -

All the snacks. I love *all* the snacks.
But.
Healthy snack? - Radishes. For some reason, I eat these things like popcorn.
Unhealthy snack? - Any kind of chip. I've never met a chip I didn't like. Le sigh.
Compromise snack? - Stove popped popcorn with nutritional yeast.0 -
I love to take greek yogurt (any kind you like) and freeze it into bite size pieces. I can get about 56 bites out of a cup of yogurt and they are about 3 calories a bite. Its like having ice cream....but its good for you lol0
