How much should I be eating? HELP

I'm an 18 y.o. girl that weighs between 132-134 lbs. I do NOT want to lose anymore weight. All I want to do now is tone and tighten my muscles (which will lead to a bit of weight gain). I'm focusing on strength training 3 times a weak. I work on my legs, abs and arms.

How much calories should I be taking in? I know I need to be eating a lot of white meat & need to cut down my red meat intake, but if you had to guess how much calories I should be eating per day, what would your guess be? 1500?

Right now, I eat between 1200-1300.

    I would say to figure out what your TDEE is and eat around that. 1,500 is probably not enough, IMO. I'm 5'9, 165ish and easily losing weight eating around 1,500 net.
