New to MFP and looking for any suggestions or tips

Hi! I've been going to the gym and watching my diet since October of 2011 and have went from 151lbs and 34.7% body fat to 143lbs and 29.8% body fat. The past two months, however I have hit a plateau. :( I sort of stumbled across MFP while searching the internet for some help. Glad I found this site, now I'm just looking for something to jumpstart my progress. I'd like to reach 130 to 135 lbs. Which was my normal pre-baby weight. I'm open to suggestions and tips.
