I saw some film footage today. That was really awful. Depressing. Working out is obviously not enough. I need to count calories. I need to lose this weight. I need to.
I work out between 60-90mins 5 to 6 days a week. It's not enough.
I also don't want to do this just because I am motivated by depression about being fat! I want to be motivated because I can get back to being healthy!

Feel free to add me if you'd like... I'm in the same boat... working out is obviously not enough anymore, so I've gotta make a change. Since I've started here (about 3.5 months ago), I've only lost 5 lbs, but I look better, my clothes fit better, and my sports performance has improved... those are all good enough for me!

this site is great for counting calories. It's so easy cuz it does it for you! It is well worth the time. Exercising that much is great, but not if you're not eating the right foods. You're making the right choice by looking for support and trying to make those positive changes in your life! Great job! Keep up the good work. Feel free to friend me if you'd like.0
