I'm new. Wish you all success, whatever your goals are.

I'm very new to all of this so little by little is my goal. I know roughly where I'd like to end up, but for now my focus is week to week.

    That's the way to do it. Make small changes a little at a time and don't look at it as a diet. This is a lifestyle change. Make mini goals that are easier to focus on than the long term. Mine are 25 lb. segments at a time. I have reached almost 4 goals so far and have 2 more to go. You can do this. We are all here to encourage you and support you along your journey.   • Thank you both for the encouragement. I've got my week to week goals to keep me motivated and then my 10lb victories to really get excited. I'm getting close to my first victory and can't wait!
