Hi. Has anyone figured out how many calories they are really burning with a heart-rate monitor while doing one of Mitch Gaylord's one hour g-ball workouts? It's supposed to burn 1000 calories. It's a hard workout but, I doubt I'm really burning 1000 calories. I know we all burn calories differently but, if someone has worked out the calories burn themselves with a monitor, I can take a guess and get close enough. Thanks!

This is one of my favorite work out and I can only 300 calorie. I do this work out two time a week only and 3 times a week 2 miles run that burn 500 calorie for 45 minutes.0
