You know what works well for getting rid of a large belly?
Losing weight.
Seriously, that's all it takes. So, all you need to do is keep losing weight and/or reducing your body fat percentage and you can go from floppy belly to flat stomach.
Lose weight, lose your stomach.
True story - take a look at the success pictures... there are LOTS of ladies that had a lot of tummy flab that have washboard abs now. Can't wait to be one of them
According to JM 30DS the "reverse crunch" helps with the lower tummy pooch but she states very clearly... "its not going to go away with JUST the crunch... that's why you do cardio"0
