    if you're here, congrats. i've seen some nasty threads lately and i just want to remind whoever is reading this that you're doing awesomely by even being here, and good luck to all your healthful endeavors. whether you're losing weight and have lost 2 or 100 pounds, maintaining, building muscle, getting over an ED, etc etc - you're doing a great job by being here and working toward it, and keep it up. :flowerforyou: may you all be wonderfully healthy and beautiful, regardless of what the scale says!

    Aww thats lovely.... thank you. I agree some people are not nice. I posted a topic last week and some of the replies where not nice or helpful to say the least. We are all on here for the same reason to monitor our weight, whether it is to lose, gain or maintain and we should all help each other.
