Break days while doing the shred!

Hi. im currently attempting the 30 day shred challange. just wondering if people have a day off, do you got back to day one, or just carry on from where you were? we all know life gets in the way sometimes, and its not always possible to find that half hour in a hectic day!!!
any thoughts????

    You definitely don't need to start over! When I did it, I usually did it 6 days a week, then took a break day. Some people do it every other day. Either way, you will see the same benefits.
