Exercise Plan - Men - Tone up/Build muscle

I'm about to end my cardio training as I've lost almost all my fat.

I want to train a certain bodypart to achieve a nice scultped and toned body (Don't want to be huge, but just want to get that beach body look).

Could somebody help me with a training plan for each day so that I am training a different body part?

I visit the gym about 4-5 days a week and currently do an all over body workout each day but don't feel like this is as beneficial as it could be if I did a different body part each day?

Any help would be appreciated!
