I have been doing 30 min of low impast arobics on the Wii in the morning, then walking 3 mph for an hour at night. Is it ok to be doing the smae thing 6 days a week? I do take one day off for rest. Any help would be great. Thanks.

    eventually your body gets used to the exercise and doesnt burn as much calories. so change it up, if you can.....:smile:
  • I agree change it up and keep challenging yourself. Working out 6 days a week, your body will acclimate to that routine pretty quick

    At some point you will need to increase your intensitiy to keep having good gains. Make sure you get your heart rate up as it can use the work out too.

    you could still walk, just maybe do intervals of faster walking, or a different terrain. that would be sufficient to change things up.
