excellent. I had an older man approach me in the gym one day to tell me that he had noticed I was becoming "long and lean". those moments are priceless. :happy:

I had a couple of grandma aged ladies at the gym last week tell me they had noticed how dedicated I was ( I've been at the gym 3-4 days a week for over a month)
