I recently upped my water intake from 3 cups to 7-9 a day, and while I haven't eaten as much as i used, i have weighed myself, and supposedly i have went from 198 to 205......can someone explain to me why i gained so much? i know water weight hangs around (I upped my water intake two day ago) but is it normal for that to happen and about how long until it goes back down?
