I haven't been losing like I wanted and it's my own lazy @$$ fault! Just wanted to get that outta the way, now I can move on with my week and start exercising like I'm supposed to. :o)

p.s. I've also been sick, but that's just an excuse just like any other.

    I will join you !

I have not been losing because I was stupid and started taking my thyroid med incorrectly, taking it with my multivitamin and then eating afterwards.....after taking it for 5yrs I didn't pay any attention to the label or directions.... forgot it had to be on a empty stomach and away from iron or calcium

I also have been indulging in sweets and high carbs if they fit into my calories ...... although many do this I am really carb sensitive and know better..... 2 days of clean eating and I have lost 1.5lbs, probably water, but it's water I have been carrying around for 3 months....

Time to eat clean, take my meds properly and keep exercising.... I work my *kitten* off too much to not see some progress !!

That's all anyone can ask for. Once you see the problem you make advances towards correcting it. Sounds like you're on your way. Good luck!

I'm not losing because my diet is great all week and then I go a eff myself on the weekends. BOO!

There's so much peace in my mind when I chalk up to it and say "yeah, it's my own damn fault." =]

So yup! Why am I shocked, when I clearly went overboard this weekend?!

It's a learning process. I lost 17 lbs very easily and then ran smack into a brick wall. I'm still trying to figure out how to get past it. I've been going up and down 3 to5 lbs for the past two months I think I've figured it out. I'm 2 lbs away from where I was when I lost 17 lbs and will know it's working if I can get past it. I'm trying not to get too frustrated.

@tabinmaine- At least you see the problems, and you make the adjustments, and go back to it. You have a good attitude and that will bring you success! You're doin' good!

Try incorporating a few cheat things into your regular calorie count. It's what I try to do and it's moderately successful. It means I have some of the yum that I want without ruining a whole week, every week.

I know what you mean! There's nothing like admitting fault when fault is due, but this is a new week and we can do better!

It's frustrating and it's OK to admit that you're frustrated. I am sometimes too. I have friends that are willing to hash it out with me and talk me through what I've done that might be making me plateau. Sometimes it's as simple as tweaking your calories or adjusting your workout routine. Don't give up! Good luck!
