Slow and Steady Wins the Race?

Hi guys,
I have been on here for a few weeks now. I am just trying to stay positive. I have been counting calories and exercising more and I feel like my weight loss is crawling... I know I need to have patience. Unfortunately bikini time is staring me in my face! haha.... Just looking to get some support. I have gained weight after hurting my sciatic nerve and miss the tone I used to have. If anyone has any suggestions on healthy exercise (cardio and weight training) for bad lower backs (sciatic and some nerve problems) feel free to pass it my way! :o) Congrats to all that have taken the journey to get back in shape!
