Treadmill Recommendations

I'm considering purchasing a treadmill, but I only have a budget of about $450. Can any one suggest a lower priced model that they have had good luck with? I want to make sure that I purchase something reliable with durability. It would mostly be used for walking/light jogging. Any suggestions are appreciated
